Who you are contracting with

shopjbmapparel.shop is operated by JBM APPAREL LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, whose business address is 2439 Chateau Loop, Kissimmee, FL 34741, USA. Repset is a trading name of JBM APPAREL LLC. When you buy from this site your contract is with JBM APPAREL LLC. Contact: support@jbmapparel.shop, +1 818 731 8640.

Using this site or placing an order means you accept these terms, our privacy policy, our shipping policy and our returns policy. If you do not accept them, do not order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You must be ordering for personal use, not for resale — we may cancel and refund orders that look like they are for resale. You must give accurate delivery and contact details.

Orders and acceptance

Adding something to your cart and completing checkout is an offer to buy. Your contract with us begins when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, not when you place the order. Until then we may decline an order — if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, if the delivery address is one we cannot ship to, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline, we refund in full and explain why.

Every piece is described on its product page with its measured fields, fibre content, care instructions and country of origin. Images are photographs of the piece, but screens differ, so a colour on your screen may not be an exact match.

Prices, currency and tax

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and that is the currency you are charged in. Prices exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and shown before you pay, and exclude shipping, which is shown in your cart.

We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before charging you and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

International orders: import duty, VAT/GST and customs handling charges are set by your government, are not included in our prices, and are your responsibility. See duties, taxes and customs.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment is taken at the payment step, which is operated by a payment processor; card details are never stored on our servers and are never sent to any form on this site. Payment must clear before we dispatch.

There are no subscriptions, memberships, recurring charges, stored balances or loyalty points on this site. Every purchase is a one-time transaction, and nothing here renews automatically.

Promotion terms and conditions

These apply to every offer, code and bundle we run.

• Free shipping threshold. Free standard shipping applies to United States orders where the subtotal, after any discount and before tax and shipping, is $125 or more. If a later return takes an order below the threshold, we do not claw back the shipping.
• First-order discount codes. One per customer, one per order, valid on full-price items only, not combinable with any other code, no cash value, and not applied retrospectively to an order already placed. We may withdraw a code at any time; codes already applied to a completed order are honoured.
• Kits and Move Test set pricing. Where we show a strike-through price, it is the arithmetic sum of the current individual list prices of the pieces included, and nothing else. We do not inflate a comparison price to manufacture a discount, and we do not compare against a price the pieces have never been sold at. The itemised list and the total are published on each kit’s product page so you can check the sum yourself.
• Kits are sold as a set. One size across the whole kit; mixed sizes are not available. A kit returns complete — we cannot refund part of one.
• Email subscription. Free, never a condition of any discount, and one click to stop. It is not a subscription in the paid sense and there is nothing to cancel.
• Abuse. We may cancel orders and void codes where a promotion is being used through multiple accounts, automated ordering, or in a way it was plainly not intended for.

Delivery and risk

Delivery timing, rates and destinations are in the shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: orders leave within 1–2 business days; we ship no later than 30 days from the order; if we cannot, we contact you before that deadline and you may cancel for a full refund.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

Returns and cancellation

Our returns, refunds and disputes policy forms part of these terms. In summary: 30 days from delivery, unworn and tagged, free return labels inside the United States. Sports bras, briefs and socks cannot be returned once the sealed hygiene bag has been opened. Orders can be cancelled at no cost before dispatch.

What our product claims mean

Everything measured on this site is measured by us, under conditions we publish in full on how we test. Read alongside these limits:

• Support levels 1–4 are our own four-step scale for sorting our own range. They are not a medical grading, not a clinical classification, and not comparable with any other brand’s numbering. We make no claim that any piece prevents, protects, treats or supports any part of the body in a medical sense.
• Squat-proof ratings record a result under one fixed test. A pass is not a guarantee of opacity in every light, at every stretch, on every body, or after any number of wash cycles. A partial means it held in some sizes or colours and not others, and the failing combination is stated on the product page.
• Compression figures are a pressure measurement in mmHg taken at a stated site on a calibrated leg form, and nothing more. We make no claim about circulation, recovery, soreness, injury or any physiological effect, and none of our garments is a medical device.
• Drying times are laboratory figures at 22 °C and 55% relative humidity in still air. They compare our own fabrics with each other. They are not a promise about how you will feel during a session.
• Splash-resistant is not waterproof. Our shells have no membrane rating and untaped seams, and will wet through in sustained rain.
• Reflective trim. We publish where it is and what it is made of. We make no claim that you will be seen, and nothing we sell is personal protective equipment.
• No antimicrobial treatment is applied to any piece we sell, and we make no antibacterial, antimicrobial or anti-odour claim of any kind.
• No performance claim. Nothing we sell will make you faster, stronger or fitter.

Reviews and endorsements

Reviews on this site are from real customers. Where a reviewer received a piece free of charge, was paid for their time, or has any other material connection to us, that is disclosed immediately under their review. We do not write reviews, buy them, incentivise positive wording, filter out unflattering ones, or move a review from one product to another.

By submitting a review you confirm it is your own honest opinion, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it on this site. We may decline to publish a review containing abuse, personal information, or a medical or health claim about a garment — the last of those because we, not you, are responsible for claims that appear on our pages.

California Proposition 65

Where a piece contains a component that requires a Proposition 65 warning under California law, that warning appears on the product page and on the packaging before purchase. We assess elastane yarns, printed graphics, reflective trims and hardware for listed chemicals, and we require supplier declarations for each. Where no warning appears, no listed chemical has been identified above the applicable threshold.

Legal and export restrictions

Goods are shipped from the United States. We do not ship to any country, region, entity or person subject to United States trade sanctions or export controls, and we cancel and refund in full any order that would breach them. You agree not to re-export or transfer anything you buy from us in breach of United States export law, and you confirm you are not on any restricted-party list. We ship only to the destinations listed in the shipping policy.

Intellectual property

The Repset name and mark, this site’s text, photography, layout and code, and our published test methods, are owned by JBM APPAREL LLC and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them commercially without our written permission.

Our garments carry no third-party brand marks, team crests, event badges, league identifiers or athlete likenesses, and none of our product photography contains them. If you believe anything on this site infringes your rights, write to support@jbmapparel.shop with the details and we will act on it promptly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in breach of anyone else’s rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Scrape, mirror or systematically extract content from the site.
• Place orders by automated means, or use multiple accounts to abuse a promotion.
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including in a review.

Warranties and liability

We warrant that the goods will match their description on this site, including the measured fields published on each product page, and will be free from manufacturing defects. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty, right or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under United States federal and Florida, USA consumer protection law.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or opportunity.

The site itself is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free from error, though we will fix problems as quickly as we reasonably can.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of an order are governed by the law of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties submit to it. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your place of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it, and we keep the date of the current version at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
