Everyone who trains regularly has a list of the things that have gone wrong. Seeing through a pair in a mirrored gym. An inseam that rubbed at mile nine. A strap that dug in for an hour. A waistband that rolled every time you sat down.
Those are not vague preferences. They are specific failures with specific causes — fabric weight, seam placement, band width, hem construction. All of them are measurable. Almost none of them are published.
So we measure them and print the number. Support level. Squat-proof rating. Seam map. Stretch direction. Fabric weight. Pilling grade. The same six fields on every piece, in the same place, filterable in the shop and used by the Move Test picker — because there is only one copy of the data.
The hard part is not the measuring. It is publishing the results you did not want. Two pieces in this range are rated partial, which means they held in some colours and sizes and not others. They are still for sale, still rated honestly, and the failing combination is written on the page with a suggestion of what to wear instead.
