The highest step on our four-step scale: a 9 cm underband, wide non-slip straps, an internal encapsulation layer and a four-position hook-and-eye back, assessed for sustained high-impact running. Level 4 is a real step up from level 3

I went back and forth between the two and the wider band on this one is what I needed for long runs. Straps sat flat the whole way. Took one size up from the chart and it was right.
